Accessible seating is available through Ticketmaster or in person at Hampton Coliseum Box Office. Sign language interpreters are available for most shows. Requests must be made to the box office a minimum of three weeks before the show.

Audio and Video Recorders are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted in the building. Laser lights are not allowed. No weapons allowed. No outside food, beverages, coolers, or bottles permitted inside the building. Still photography is sometimes permitted. Contact the box office for the camera policy pertaining to a specific event. Alcohol is sold at appropriate events only.
