Our facilities are 100% ADA compliant. The Venue has accessible seating in the last row of the Floor Section, first row of the Orchestra and the last rows of the Mezzanine. Elevators: The Venue elevator has access to all three levels.

The Venue at Horseshoe Casino is a 21 years old and older facility and is located on the second floor of the Horseshoe Casino only 20 minutes from downtown Chicago. Photo ID's are required to enter the facilities. Cameras and recording devices are never allowed at concerts unless otherwise notified. Outside food or beverages of any kind are not permitted inside the building.
