Accessibilité

Wheelchair and companion seating is configured with a 1 to 1 arrangement on the main concourse level. Additional companion seats may be purchased in sections nearby. Companions will have a seat provided to them beside the wheelchair. Please note that the box office at Sandman Centre offers a free companion with a paid wheelchair (subject to availability) - Blazers games ONLY. Seating is located in a designated area at the top of Sections D, E and F on the south side and at the top of Sections P, Q & R on the north side. Depending on show configuration and stage placement, some sections may not be open for all events. For some smaller configurations, seating may be added to Sections C & S on a show by show basis. The concourse area is completely accessible with entry from the main entrance doors. There are two washrooms on either side of the concourse, all offering wheelchair accessibility. Accessible parking spots are located across from the main venue doors on Lorne St.

Parking

There are 10 Handicapped parking spaces and 2 10-minute loading zones on Lorne st. directly across from the main entrance. These are checked by Coliseum security and violators will be towed. There are 3 separate parking lots in or next to Riverside park. All accessed from Lorne st. We suggest parking above the tracks on Lansdowne, Victoria, Seymour or on 2nd, 3rd or 4th Ave. Parking in the Thompson Park Mall parking lot is not suggested. There are signs posted everywhere and the lot is patrolled and vehicles will be towed.

Accessible Seating: 32 wheelchair & attendant spots situated on the concourse level behind row 13 in sections D,E,F & P,Q,R. Hearing Devices: Are available see box office to request.

Non-Blazers events: all children require a ticket to attend all events unless specifically noted on any given event (If event allows children, Babes in Arms (up to 1 year) are permitted free unless show stipulates no children.) Blazers Hockey: children up to 3 years of age are permitted free but must be seated on a parent's lap and must not take up a seat. children Age 4 and up require a paid ticket. Infant carriers are strongly discouraged at all events as they CANNOT be stored at your seat and there is no storage facility on site.

Billetterie

Monday to Friday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Saturdays are normally closed but will be open from 9-5 for on-sales & event days. On event days the box office will open 1 hour before show time for sales & will-call.
