The institute culminates with a large full-scale theatrical production, "TOPS! R&B, POP, AND SOUL MUSIC HITS REVUE" Supported in part by the DallasISD Summer Enrichment Extended Learning, Dallas Mavericks, and Dallas' Office of Cultural Affairs.
