Our service
EncoreTrail is a free, independent guide that lists concerts, sports, comedy, theatre, festivals and other events and links to official ticket sellers. We are not an event organiser, venue, promoter or ticket seller, and we are not party to any purchase you make.
Event information
Event details are supplied by third parties and can change or be cancelled at short notice. We update listings automatically several times a day, but we cannot guarantee that every date, time, price, line-up or availability is complete, accurate or current. Always confirm details with the official seller or venue before buying tickets or travelling.
Buying tickets
Tickets are sold by the seller you choose, under that seller's terms, prices, fees and refund policies. Questions about orders, refunds, transfers or accessibility bookings must go to the seller.
Acceptable use
- Use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Do not scrape, copy or republish our listings or pages in bulk, or use automated tools that place an unreasonable load on the site, without our written permission.
- Do not try to disrupt, probe or bypass the security of the site.
Intellectual property
The design, text and compilation of EncoreTrail are protected. Event names, artist names, logos and images belong to their respective owners and are shown to identify events. Photos from Wikimedia Commons are used under their licences and credited where shown.
Links to other sites
We link to ticket sellers, venues and other websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products or practices. Some links are affiliate links — see our affiliate disclosure.
Liability
EncoreTrail is provided “as is” and free of charge. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on event information, from purchases made with third parties, or from temporary unavailability of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent, gross negligence or injury to life, body or health.
