Accessible seating

The theatre is accessible to disabled patrons and has accessible toilets. There is a lift to all floors and the disabled area is in the front of the stalls. Please contact the venue on 01424 462 286 or email access4all.whiterockhastings@livenation.co.uk There is an infra-red system installed for the hard of hearing which works in all areas of the auditorium. Headsets can be obtained from the box office.

Venue rules

No glass or chewing gum to be taken into the auditorium. No cameras, video cameras or audio recording devices. No smoking. Mobile phones must be switched off. Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance.

Children

Babes-in-arms (children under 2 years old) will not be allowed in the theatre. Children aged 2 - 15 years old shall require their own ticket, which shall be at full price if no child concessions are available at the time of booking. Accompanying adults will be asked to remove any noisy children.

Box office

Monday - Saturday: 10:00 - 18:00 non-show days, on show days until start of the performance. Sunday/Bank and public holidays: Closed unless there is a show and then open only one and half hours prior to performance start time.
