Wheelchair accessible seating is located in the rear of the orchestra accessible by ramp or elevator and can be purchased through Ticketmaster. Washrooms and facilities are fully accessible.

No outside food or beverages permitted in the building. No smoking in the building. No video cameras.

Children

Unless otherwise noted, Children under 2 years of age are free but must sit on a guardian's lap. Children's "Booster" seats are NOT available. All persons entering FirstOntario Concert Hall must be 14 years of age or older or otherwise accompanied by a companion 16 years of age or older.
