SAP Center recommends that fans bring bags that are 5" x 9"x 2" or smaller to expedite their entry. However, we are happy to accommodate larger bags up to 20" x 14" x 11" in size! When it comes to the larger bags, please note the following: All bags, including medical and infant bags, larger than 5" x 9" x 2" are subject to X-Ray inspection and will result in longer wait times for entry Bags must be able to fit under your seat once inside the event; therefore, bags larger than 20" x 14" x 11" will not be permitted. SAP Center no longer offers a bag check option and/or onsite storage lockers.

Parking

Parking at SAP Center is convenient but limited, with a select number of on-site spaces available for event guests. Pre purchasing parking is recommended to guarantee parking on event day. Pricing varies depending on the event, so guests are encouraged to plan ahead. In addition to on-site options, there are numerous public and private parking lots located within walking distance of the arena. SAP Center managed lots accept a variety of payment methods, including credit cards, mobile pay, and prepaid parking passes; however, cash is not accepted at any of these locations. Oversized vehicles such as RVs and stretch limousines are welcome but must pay for each space they occupy. Bus parking is also available on Barack Obama Boulevard.Sorry, no RV parking available.

Accessible seating

SAP Center has designated seats for both wheelchair accessible seating and their companions. However, due to size constraints, companion seats will not fit a wheelchair. So patrons needing wheelchair accessible seating must purchase a wheelchair accessible seat as the SAP Center cannot turn a companion seat into a wheelchair accessible seat.

Venue rules

***UPDATE *** ENHANCED SECURITY MEASURES! SAP Center at San Jose, Silicon Valley Sports & Entertainment, law enforcement agencies and the NHL have announced changes in Security measures for all Guests attending events at SAP Center. All Guests will be subject to search, which may include the use of Electronic devices, pat downs and inspections of bags. Only small purses and baby bags will be permitted in the Building. Guests are discouraged from bringing unnecessary items to SAP Center Events. * Shoes & shirts are required at all times within the building. * No audio or video recorders are allowed in the arena for any event. * There is no smoking allowed anywhere inside the arena. There are designated smoking sections provided outside of the arena.

Children

All ages are welcome. For most events no ticket is required for ages 0-23 months, as long as they do not require a seat of their own. For events such as "Sesame Street", "Barney", or "Dragon Tales" a ticket is required for anyone 12 months or older.

Box office

The Ticket Office, located at the South East corner of the Arena, on the corner of Santa Clara St and Barack Obama Blvd, is open on event days 2hrs prior to event until the end of 2nd intermission for hockey or intermission for other events.
