Parking

The main parking lots are located off of Route 50 and generally opens 1.5 hours before Gates open. Gates typically open 1.5 hour before show time (varies by show/subject to change). Parking in all lots are subject to a $10 fee per car. Parking in the Route 50 parking lots can be paid via credit card. Additional parking is available in the Saratoga Spa State Park for $10 per vehicle. If still available, Premier Parking and Reserved Parking can be purchased in the Route 50 East parking lot upon entering. Premier Parking and Reserved Parking can also be purchased online.

Accessible seating

Accessible seating is available for purchase at all Ticketmaster outlets, Ticketmaster Charge By Phone, LiveNation.com and at the SPAC Box Office. If you are in need of a Courtesy Cart ride, please go to the Route 50 Guest Services Tent. Courtesy Carts pick up and drop off at this location for all Live Nation events. At the end of the show, you will be picked up and dropped off at the top of the Accessible Ramp inside the venue.

Venue rules

The following items are allowed into the facility Sealed bottled water, food, blankets, strollers, cameras with non detachable lenses, binoculars. ONLY small clutches, wristlets, or fanny packs no bigger than 6x 9 OR clear plastic bags NO BIGGER than 12x6x12 will be allowed inside. These items are subject to artist restriction. The following items are prohibited Glass, coolers, laser pens, illegal substances, pets, roller blades, skateboards, bikes, grills, hibachis, video and unauthorized audio equipment. Camera Policy Personal cameras are allowed in the venue for some performances. Flash photography, video and removable lens cameras are not permitted without venue approval. For more information contact the venue on the date of the event. Lawn chairs are available for rent and must be turned in at the end of the event. Our rental chairs are 27.6 wide X 27.6 deep X 30.5 tall. No other chairs will be permitted inside the venue. To rent a lawn chair in advance, click on the "UPGRADES AVAILABLE" dropdown on our upgrade page and select Lawn Chair Rental.

Children

Children ages 2 or younger are admitted free on the lawn. For our guests with reserved seating, one child under 2 will be free if they sit on your lap (one child per adult).

Box office

Mon Fri 12pm 5pm Saturday 10am 2pm Sunday Closed, unless there is a performance in the amphitheater, then opening at 2pm. On event days, hours are extended through the start of the performance.
