Children's Policy: All Patrons must have a valid ticket to gain entry to events. One patron per ticket, this includes young children attending with parents. Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a responsible Adult even if they are in an All Ages area. Accessible Seating & Companion Card Holder: Accessible seating may be purchased online. Bookings including a Companion Card ticket can only be collected from the Box Office. The Companion Card must be presented upon collection. Resale: Resale Tickets may be available for this event. A Handling Fee of $14.95 per transaction applies to purchase Resale Tickets. If purchasing a Resale ticket, please ensure you have reviewed the Ticket Type and other ticket details carefully as Resale Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase, save as provided in our resale policy.

Accessibility

To avoid delays patrons requiring a wheelchair bay are encouraged to book their own tickets online where available. Bays can be purchased using the interactive seating map, with the option of additional paid or Companion Card tickets in the seat adjacent to the bay. Further requests & Companion Card holders who do not require a wheelchair bay, can book by phoning Ticketmaster's accessible seating line on 1300 446 925 or by following the link below. Please note that all Companion Card holders must visit the Box Office prior to entry and present their Companion Card to collect their tickets. Patrons with access needs should arrive at least half an hour prior to the performance and see the Front of House Manager for assistance.

Limited on street parking is available in the West Melbourne/ North Melbourne area. Telstra Dome, New Quay Docklands and 83 Batman Street paid car parks are also in close proximity to the hall. Additional paid car parks are available but have restricted opening hours - 185 Rosslyn Street is open until 9pm on weekdays. 94 Batman Street until 11pm on weekdays and at the corner of Latrobe and Spencer Streets until 10pm every day.

Accessible seating

Patrons with disabilities and their carers should contact Festival Hall Box Office directly to purchase tickets to all Festival Hall events on (03) 9329 9699. Guests accompanying disabled patrons should also speak to Festival Hall management before buying tickets. Unfortunately there is no disabled parking; patrons can be dropped off at the corner of Dudley and Adderley Streets and proceed to Door B on Dudley Street.

Note - patrons who purchase tickets to a LICENSED AREA must ensure all ticket holders will be 18+yrs at the event date and able to present 1 of the Government Approved ID's (learner or driver license, passport, proof of age card, keypass). NO ID, NO ENTRY, NO EXCHANGES, NO REFUNDS!

Box office

Tickets can be purchased from 288 Rosslyn Street, Monday to Friday 9:00am to 4.30pm. 1 hour prior to doors on event nights, cash only tickets are sold from the Box Office on Dudley Street- subject to availability.
