The Nationwide Arena Box Office located at the corner of Nationwide Blvd. and McConnell Blvd. will be open on event days ONLY for customer service or the purchase of any tickets that remain available for sale. Bags are generally NOT permitted with the exceptions for medical bags, diaper bags OR clutches no larger than 8x 5x 1. Bags will be x-rayed via a designated line at entry - a contactless step that replaces a manual search.

Accessibility

Accessible seating is available for wheelchairs and companions, as well as limited mobility and sight/hearing impaired. There is a 4 ticket limit for all accessible seating, unless otherwise posted. Companions should purchase wheelchair, limited mobility or sight/hearing impaired seats as companion seats. All accessible patrons should purchase 1 accessible seat and can purchase up to 3 companion seats.

For special events including concerts, the camera policies are determined by the show or tour. Generally, cameras are not permitted for special events, but please call (614)246-2000 with specific inquiries. Cameras with detachable lenses are not permitted at any time during special events. Bags are generally NOT permitted. There is an exception for medical bags, diaper bags OR clutches no larger than 8 inches x 5 inches x 1 inch.
