Since multiple events often occur simultaneously, arrive early to avoid long parking and entry lines.

Accessible seating

Accessible seating is available throughout the venue and can be purchased on Ticketmaster.com. Guests requiring accessible seating are guaranteed the ability to purchase at least one (1) companion seat. Subject to availability, guests requiring wheelchair seating may purchase up to a total of three (3) companion seats in the same row and contiguous with the wheelchair seat. If contiguous seats have already been sold, seats as close as possible to the wheelchair seat and adjacent companion seat will be offered. If you purchased a ticket in the fixed seating area but require an accessible seat, the Ticket Office may be able to assist you by relocating your ticket to an accessible seat. Please contact the Ticket Office at CTO@bjcc.org if you have any questions or require assistance purchasing tickets. Tickets are subject to availability.

Prohibited items include, but are not limited to laser pointers, weapons, glass containers, cans, chains, outside food or beverage, professional recording devices for photography, video or audio. Bags cannot be tinted with color or include oversized content that prevents visibility into the clear bag. Only non-clear bags smaller than 5"x7" will be permitted entry. The arena reserves the right to search all guests entering the arena and to refuse entry at the discretion of management. Smoking is prohibited inside Legacy Arena and only allowed in designated smoking areas outside of the building.

Children

For most events, children who have celebrated their 2nd birthday are required to have a ticket. For show specific age restrictions that may supersede our standard policy, visit www.bjcc.org/events

Box office

The BJCC Central Ticket Office is open Monday through Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm CT, and two hours before scheduled start time for most events. Hours may vary for some events. The Central Ticket Office is located at Legacy Arena, Entry A 1898 9th Ave North, Birmingham, AL 35203.
