A max of 4 tickets per person and per household applies for the presale, rising to a max of 8 tickets per person and per household for the general sale. Tickets in excess of this will be cancelled. Fixed tier pricing means the Event Organiser is selling ticket in the same category at different prices - lower-priced tickets are released first, and when those sell out, higher-priced tickets will become available. There is no difference between these tickets. If more than one price tier is on sale at the same time - we recommend choosing the lower priced option.

Children

It's always best to check the age restrictions for each event in advance as they vary from show to show. A few obvious ones: No under 8s please (think about it), but feel free to contact us if you're unsure and avoid disappointment. 8-13 years, you'll need to attend with an adult (18+) and only book balcony tickets please. Most shows are 14+ (and that means you can come without an adult over 18 and be in the stalls area) but please remember to check when you book as it can vary from show to show. Always look for admission age policies and signs such as 14+, 16+, 18+, 21+ before you book and remember to carry proof of age if you need it.

Box office

We'll have opening times and curfew times if they're out of the ordinary for seasoned gig-goers (7pm-11pm) on the event page of this website and on our social channels, too. All timings are subject to change, so check before you travel.
