Parking and by car As we're in the centre, Sheffield is easy to get to by all major approach roads, including the M1 but remember there are various one-way systems in our fair city so plan your route. If you're driving, the closest 24 hour car park is next door at Arundel Gate, Pond Street, Sheffield. The post code for your sat nav is S1 2PN. Disabled parking and by car We do not have our own parking facilities, but the 24 hour car park next door on Arundel Gate has 16 wide bays and eight disabled bays, this is the closest option over local streets.

Accessible seating

O2 Academy Sheffield has ramp access, low level service counters, induction loops at Box Office & braille information sheets. After purchasing your ticket(s) please call Box Office Manager 0114 253 7782 between 10am and 6pm, Monday to Friday to book into the disabled area.

Venue rules

No cameras, video cameras or audio recording. No food, bottles, cans or alcohol to be brought onto the premises. No smoking. Security measures are in place so there will be bag checks on arrival. Only one small bag per person is permitted, and it must not be bigger than A4 size. Height: 29.7cm Width: 21cm Depth: 15cm Large bags, including rucksacks, are not allowed and there are no facilities to leave any luggage so please make alternative arrangements. If you really have to bring a bag and its preferable you don't, please make sure its small.
