The Uptown Jazz Orchestra with John GrayThe Uptown Jazz Orchestra is a powerhouse New Orleans big band founded by acclaimed trombonist and NEA Jazz Master Delfeayo Marsalis. Blending traditional swing with contemporary energy, the orchestra showcases a deep commitment to preserving and evolving the city's rich jazz heritage. Known for its tight arrangements, soulful improvisation, and dynamic live performances, the ensemble features some of the finest musicians in New Orleans and often collaborates with special guests across generations. Recently, acclaimed baritone saxophonist Roger Lewis now joins the group. Lewis is a founding member of the Dirty Dozen Brass Band, renowned for his deep, soulful sound and innovative blend of traditional jazz, funk, and R&B. Tonight's performance is led by master trumpet player, John Gray. Shows at 7pm & 9pm Doors at 6:30pm & 8:30pm Restaurant is Open 5pm - 10pm for dinner before or after your showtime: Advance Ticket Holders can now automatically make dinner table reservations for the Dining Room online via OpenTable.com ! Advance Ticket-Holders can also make table reservations for dinner by Emailing reservations@snugjazz.com after your tickets have been purchased online. Dinner Service without Advance Concert Tickets is first-come, first-served based on availability upon arrival. Kind Reminder: Snug Harbor does NOT serve the full menu inside the Music Room. We do offer cheese and charcuterie tray options. In order to preserve the integrity, quiet and focus of our world class intimate concerts, only the charcuterie, cocktails and soft drinks are available for table service inside the Music Room. However, we encourage you to arrive at least 90 Minutes prior to your showtime in order to enjoy full, relaxing dinner service in the Dining Room right next door, before getting seated in the Music Room for your ticketed showtime.

Sorry, no children under 13 are permitted. Snug Harbor Jazz Bistro has a STRICT No Cell Phones, No Cameras Policy at all times during all showtimes inside the music room. Violation of this policy while inside the venue may result in removal from the club without ticket refunds. There is NO SMOKING allowed anywhere inside the building, and there are NO PETS ALLOWED at anytime. *Legitimate Service Dogs must be wearing full credentials at all times upon entry, and owner must have licensing papers available upon staff request for service dogs.
