The American Family Insurance Amphitheater is wheelchair accessible and provides accessible seating at all price levels. Limit one companion ticket for each accessible seat purchased. Persons entering the facility may be subject to search for contraband, cameras, video equipment and recording devices which are expressly forbidden on facility premises and subject to confiscation. No backpacks, large bags or other carry-ins, glass, bottles, cans, wagons, in-line skates, skateboards, kites, frisbees, lawn chairs, laser pointers, pets, alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, weapons,-or objects that could be used as weapons. No strollers or umbrellas are allowed in the American Family Insurance Amphitheater. MWF reserves the right to alter carry-in policies at any time.

Children

All children ages 3 and older require a ticket to gain admittance to the American Family Insurance Amphitheater. Children ages 2 and under do not require a ticket, but must sit on the lap of their parent or guardian. We strongly recommend parents provide hearing protection for their children.

Box office

The Summerfest Box Office's regular hours begin Wednesday, April 1 and are as follows: Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturdays from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. Closed Sundays. During Summerfest: The Box Office will be open from 10:00 am until the headliner takes the stage for concerts taking place Tuesday – Sunday.
