Box office hours: The main box office is located at 2200 Encore Parkway next to the East Gate. It can be accessed both from inside and outside of the venue. Tickets can be purchased in-person at the box office when it is open, or online at www.livenation.com.
Payment: All main concession stands and merchandise stands take Visa/Mastercard/Discover and American Express. Ameris Bank Amphitheater is a cashless venue!
Will call: Will call tickets are available for pickup at the box office located 2200 Encore Parkway (outside the East Entry Gate) generally two hours prior to the showtime.There is temporary parking located in front of the box office. Please make sure that you have a photo ID matching the purchasers name to pick up tickets. Any name changes need to go through Ticketmaster Customer Service- 800-653-8000. Guests are not permitted to put tickets in will call for other guests to pick up. You will need to arrange to meet your party at the facility to deliver tickets. If tickets or passes are being left for you- they will only be left at the box office. This includes meet and greet passes, backstage passes, press passes, and tickets from the tour or other promotional company. We do not get these tickets until the day of the event close to doors so please do not try to pick them up earlier. If your tickets/passes are not in will call you will need to contact the person that left them for you to determine where they are. The box office cannot contact any member of the tour for you.

Accessibility: Accessible seating is located in Orch1, Orch3, 101, 103, and 105 row WC (There is accessible seating on the General Admission Lawn: Requires only a lawn ticket, no special ticket required).
Rules: Bag Policy: To reduce staff contact with guest belongings, we have implemented the following bag policy: we will allow clear plastic, or vinyl bags no larger than 12x6x12 and/or small clutch bags 6x9. Diaper bags are permitted for guests with babies, and they must be thoroughly searched and tagged for identification upon entry. Cashless Payments: ALL points of sale including premier parking, merchandise, food & beverage will ONLY accept debit, credit or mobile pay (Apply Pay or Google Pay). For fans that wish to use cash, cash to card conversion will be available on-site. Lawn Chair Policy: Outside lawn chairs are NO LONGER ALLOWED Items ALLOWED to be brought into venue: *Clear plastic, or vinyl tote bags no larger than 12inX6inX12in or small clutch bags (6inX9in). *small, personal size umbrellas *Water: Up to 1 (one) gallon in a factory sealed bottle. Empty refillable aluminum and plastic water bottles are also permitted *Cameras: nonprofessional only, no detachable lenses *Small blankets no larger than 4ftx8ft Items NOT ALLOWED to be brought into venue include, but are not limited to: *Lawn Chairs *Weapons of any kind (including wallet chains, mace, pepper spray) *No frisbees nor footballs *Large or golf size umbrellas, nor umbrellas with a point on the end. *iPads, Go-Pros, drones, recording devices *Alcohol *Illegal drugs/substances *Glass containers *Cans *Coolers *Bags that do not meet the bag policy description *Laser pointers *Animals (except service animals) *Fireworks *Chains *Spikes *Food (food for dietary health issues may be allowed in a 1 (one) gallon clear plastic bag)
