We offer complimentary Personal Assistant tickets when a ticket for the attendee is purchased. In order to request a Personal Assistant ticket, please purchase all tickets required (excluding the PA Ticket) and contact the Racecourse directly as soon as possible (nw.tickets@thejockeyclub.co.uk) with your order number, name and telephone number and a member of the team will be in touch to discuss. Please note, we do ask for documentation to be provided as proof of eligibility. We have an accessible viewing platform located at the front left of the stage.

Haydock Park Racecourse is a cashless venue, including concessions and bars across site. Cash may be used when placing bets with all on-course bookmakers.
