Upon Rochester Police Department recommendation, the Mayo Civic Center will begin implementing the following safety and security measures for all public events effective Sat Oct 27, 2001: *Patrons should enter the Mayo Civic Center via skyway or the Circle Drive Main Doors. In most cases, all other entrances will be locked.
