A raised accessible viewing platform is available at this event. Our TV Studio is on the ground floor with level access throughout. The viewing platform is accessed via a ramp. Limited Blue badge parking spaces are available. Spaces can only be reserved by contacting the venue. Wheelchair positions are for wheelchair users. Unreserved seats are for patrons with disabilities/conditions that leave them unable to stand for the duration of the event. The accessible ticket policy limits one free carer ticket to each accessible ticket purchased.

Strictly 18 and over admitted unless stated otherwise. Please see individual event info. A valid photo ID may be required. Cameras, video cameras and audio recording devices are allowed at certain concerts. No bottles. No babes in arms unless otherwise stated.
